Erasmus Wizard

Erasmus Wizard is an app designed to streamline the application process for Erasmus and Bilateral Exchange programs. It aims to ease the process by automating essential tasks, generating required forms, providing status updates, and facilitating communication with coordinators through our advanced mailing system.

Our journey began in the fall semester of 2023 as a CS319 term project. With dedication, perseverance, and a few bugs along the way, we emerged as the top project among 25 other contenders. After that, we continued developing the project throughout the subsequent spring semester with the guidance of Eray Tüzün (Our CS319 Professor), Can Alkan (CS Coordinator), and Emre Uzun (IE Coordinator).

The development process has been a great experience, involving lots of coding, testing, and meeting deadlines. Lastly, if you're a CS student wondering the technologies we used, our backend stack includes Node JS, Express, Typescript, MongoDB, LaTeX, Docker and the frontend stack includes Bootstrap, Typescript, Pug.

We wish everyone a great Erasmus experience!
